Upload
What photo do I need to upload?
One clear, front-facing selfie per round. Natural light, no sunglasses or hats, no heavy filters. A single file up to 20 MB is enough — no batch of photos required.
Why was my photo flagged?
Every upload runs an automatic quality check: it must detect exactly one face, the face must fill enough of the frame, and the brightness must be in a usable range. The upload page marks each issue instantly, with good and bad examples to compare against. The check is advisory — but a flagged photo almost always produces weaker headshots.
Can I upload from my phone?
Yes. The upload page shows a QR code; scan it, take the selfie on your phone (no login needed), and it appears on your desktop in real time. Phone upload links expire after 30 minutes for security.
Generation
How many photos do I get, and how long does it take?
Every round generates 24 headshots in the backdrop and outfit you chose. Delivery depends on your plan: about 2 hours on Basic, 30 minutes on Professional, and 15 minutes on Executive. You can watch progress on the waiting page or just wait for the "your headshots are ready" email.
What are edit credits?
Credits rerun an individual generated photo in a different backdrop or outfit — one credit produces one new photo. Plans include 6 (Basic), 26 (Professional), or 46 (Executive) credits. Unused credits stay in your account balance across purchases, and if an edit fails, the credit is returned automatically. Downloads never cost credits.
What is a full regeneration?
Professional and Executive plans include one full regeneration: you can redo an entire round with a new selfie or style choice. You will find the option on your results page when a regeneration is available on your order.
Payment & Refunds
How does payment work?
Plans are one-time payments of $29, $39, or $59 — no subscription. Checkout is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. You pay first, then upload and generate.
What is the Profile-Worthy Promise?
If none of your headshots is usable for your professional profile, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right — with a regeneration, credits, or a refund, reviewed case by case. You can request a refund directly from the order row on your Account page, or email [email protected] with your account email and order details.
When are refunds automatic?
If your order could not be processed at all — generation failed and we could not deliver your headshots — it is refunded in full to the original payment method via Stripe. Bank processing takes 5–10 business days.
Privacy & Data
What happens to my photos?
Your uploaded selfie is deleted automatically 7 days after your round completes, and generated headshots are deleted 30 days after creation. Download anything you want to keep before then. We never use your photos to train AI models, never sell your data, and never share photos with advertisers.
Who processes my data?
Stripe processes payments. Our AI image provider receives your selfie as a reference image to generate headshots. A BytePlus multimodal model analyzes the selfie solely to pre-select matching outfit templates. Resend delivers transactional email. That is the full list.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes — from your Account page under "Privacy & data" you can export everything we hold about you or permanently delete your account. Deletion removes your photos immediately and anonymizes your profile. You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected].
