Question 1

Will the headshots actually look like me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The AI uses your selfie as a likeness reference — same face, professional setting. Use one clear, front-facing photo for the best results. If none of your 24 headshots is usable, our 14-day money-back promise covers you.

Question 2

What kind of photos should I upload?

Accepted Answer

Upload one clear selfie showing your face. Use natural lighting, avoid sunglasses and hats, and skip heavy filters. A front-facing pose helps the AI keep your headshots looking like you.

Question 3

How many headshots will I receive?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes 24 headshots in your chosen backdrop and outfit. Plans differ in the photo credits included for further edits: 6 for Basic, 26 for Professional, and 46 for Executive. You can download favorites individually or as a ZIP file.

Question 4

What are photo credits?

Accepted Answer

Credits let you rerun any generated photo in a different backdrop or outfit — for example, move a studio portrait onto an office background. Each credit produces one new photo. Unused credits stay on your account.

Question 5

How do I download my photos?

Accepted Answer

From your results page: download any photo individually at full resolution, or grab the whole round as a ZIP in one click. Downloads stay available for 30 days after your round completes.

Question 6

How long does generation take?

Accepted Answer

Most orders finish within 15 minutes to 2 hours. You can watch progress on the waiting page or close it — we email you the moment your headshots are ready.

Question 7

Can I upload from my phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the upload page, scan the QR code with your phone camera and take or pick a selfie right there — no app, no login on the phone. The photo lands directly in your order on desktop.

Question 8

Do I own the generated images?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You receive full commercial rights to every headshot generated from your order. Use them on LinkedIn, resumes, websites, business cards, and marketing materials.

Question 9

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

If you are not satisfied or your order could not be processed, contact us within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis after reviewing your order status.

Question 10

How is my data and privacy protected?

Accepted Answer

Your uploaded photos and generated images are stored securely and used only to fulfill your order. We do not sell your data, and you can request deletion of your account and images at any time.

Question 11

How do I delete my photos or account?

Accepted Answer

Selfies auto-delete 7 days after your round completes, and generated photos after 30 days. To remove everything sooner — including your account — email support@headshotsharp.com and we will delete it permanently.
